There is a $500 fee paid for referrals of trainees. If the person joining Alliance is finished with Grad Fleet, then there is a $1,000 referral fee paid.
Alliance isn't for everyone. It can be good for you or not good, depending on how well you work it as well as how you game the system and your DM.
In my case, I've done very well, but I brought a lot of business experience with me and have a very good DM.
Sit down and pick the brains of Alliance drivers when you can. You'll pick up some valuable insights.
Hopefully, the person that refers you (usually your trainer) is a good mentor that doesn't just drop you after the check is cashed.
Be thorough in your due dilgence, then feel free to post questions here on this forum.
    Good luck.

I had one Alliance goofball give me a card with his phone number on it. He told me that if I put him down as referring me to Alliance that I could call him any time if I had questions.

Uhhh, no thanks... I have enough people I could had asked if I needed and answer. That wasnt much incentive to get me to join!

Glad to hear one of us is having a decent time of it. The Jack ### I am with is Alliance too and one day he is explaining all the money he is making, and the next day he is explaining how.screwed up Stevens is and hiw he is turning in his truck and dropping the lease etc.

I am just counting down the days (21 more) until I am away from this dude.

Trucking is a love hate relationship.
No matter who you drive for...even if you're an O/O.
So don't put much stock in your trainer flip flopping. It's just the way it is. One day you're on top of the world, the next day you have to look up to see whale poop.

If you are referred by your trainer, he only gets $500. The $1000 bonus if if the referrer did not train you and it is paid out in payments, the first being after you complete 6 months, then at 8 months, 10 months and one year.

I don't really care if he gets a bonus. That's between him and Stevens. Well one week down have laid almost 2300 miles down and already got a 34 reset. Really enjoying it though. Sitting in Dwight ill for night got a 0800 drop in Aurora then about 150 mile dh. Everything is really going good for me. Everyone be safe out there.

no pets period. rider is 90 days after going solo, with no incidents. And you must pay for the additional insurance.
