Why do you slow down approaching a scale?

    As noted by PrePass specifically in reference to Ohio and West Virginia, if an Alliance for Uniform Hazmat Transportation license is held, follow in-cab signal, disregard state signs to pull into weigh station.

    what's the 20 on the swift and snyder drivers? reckon they are all parked at the scales waiting for them to open? nah,they have driver centers located everywhere to take their mandatory breaks-
