Drive it out of the pond ??????????????????

If your refering to pushing coolant. Out of overflow could be injector cup o rings or headgasket. Or maybe cracked liner, head, or block.
-
Or depending on what kind of truck it is it could be as simple as a air/electric valve for the heater causing this.
-
Or the compressor head gasket is gone.

its a 2005 kenworth t2000
he thinks someone put water in his tanks -
Put water in his tanks? if your talking about fuel tanks then no. but it wont push water out of them. if your talking about radiator cap, then water in the fuel tanks isnt going to do that.it will just wont run until you drain the water and put new fuel filters on.

You really need to give a lot more info to even come close to getting an answer for your question. Where is the water? Any other symptoms? what motor and truck is this in?
-
Sorry you did say what truck but not motor type.

Depending upon age of truck and engine , liners can become porous , in a sense they look like swiss cheese or termite holes , could be a head gasket too . I'd say if its your bread and butter , get it fixed before it really fixes you at an inopportune time on the side of the road or the middle of the road.
