Comdata down

I was able to get fuel last night, no problems with comdata whatsoever, now qc was another story. Didn't come back up till this morning.

 

wait a min i dont blame me put it on comdata for not being able to control their system....im just surprised i was the 1st one to message dispatch and i dont have all the fun havent had any fun since thursday

 

I had no problems fueling either. I got the message on the QC that Comdata was down while I was fueling.

I was crossing my fingers at the register that the transaction would go through. (I added oil to the deal so it wasn't exactly automatic)

I was a miles down the road before night dispatch gave the all clear signal that it was back up.

 

I sent arrive and depart messages during the middle of it - neither one got through. We did the deal on the live loaded call...

 

not sure what was up went to fuel couldnt went inside they tried it a few times...nope pilot called comdata no answer then called someone else....comdata down no one could get fuel there no if it was just that loc i dont know...just another day of unexpected issues
