Giving Notice - There is no right way anymore

    why is it that every time i put in my notice that i am leaving to go to work with another companie that i get so much flack, its like i cant do right if i just quit (witch is not me and would never happen) then i get flack and when I do the respecful thing and give notice that im leaving i get flack for leaving? these bosses need to make up their #### minds about how they treat people!!!!!!!!!!!

    Years ago I heard someone sum up what I try to do, "What's right is right if no one does it and what is wrong is wrong even if everyone does it." I just try to do what's right and let others react to what I do. Companies aren't going to be happy either way, so just do what's right and lets you sleep at night.

    most states are a "hire at will" and they do not give you a 2 week notice when the fire you or lay you off, now do they???

    i will say this, I NEVER GIVE ANY NOTICE i am leaving.

    my feelings are, "THEY WILL NOTICE" i am not there any longer.

    i have been "drop-kicking jobs" for as long as i can remember and it has NEVER affected me in getting any other job.

    this is "my right thing to do", and i will continue doing it.

    i was standing toe to toe with my old boss this morning and it took every fiber in my body not to level his head, so i took on step back and told to take this job and stick it were the sun dont shine. so if any one is in the louisville ky area reading this DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR a companie name ADKINS MACHINERY MOVERS, they will f you and not even have the coman certusy to give you a reach around
