Run off duty driving. It won't count on you're 14, you can use it up to 1 hour.

Not defending anyone.... But I've never been on paper logs in my life except for a week when I started my driving career...

Lowest week at Act was actually last week, 1952 miles - took 2 days off and did a 34 restart.

Highest week just under 3400 miles.

This week, even with holiday, it's looking like a 3k plus week also.

I had two weeks at Schneider, not in a row and just two weeks in two years that I did 4k+ miles in elogs.

Just my $.02... Not trying to argue here.

Elogs are not bad, Besides everyone will have to be on them within the next 2 years. Might as well get used to them.

    BlackLions Thanks this.

Yes it works. I had to use it one night when I got run off at the wallyworld east of indy by the cops, but I would not abuse it.

Yes you can use it that's correct .. But if you are laden or with trailer ( under Dispacth ) you can't use off duty driving .. ODD is basically personal convey but you can't do it legal with a trailer or under dispatch

No that's not BS,my point was to go out and work hard and you can make it anywhere in this country, again you guy's try and turn words around, not you really, but Flatbed seem's to have issue's.Not surprising, seeing where he's from, those people are nasty up there.

I do wish I owned my own truck, that's why I'm here.I didn't want to go the 10 or 12k truck and rebuild on it as you go route.I also didn't have the 30 to 40 down on a truck I wanted,so this was my next best option. Why would I say your deal's BS,sound's real good to me.I think I'll quit reading and posting on this thread, negative people bum me out.
