Well, once I get my orthopedist to grasp the concept of "light duty"...or better yet "released to full duty"....I'll be back at the Patch. Right now, I am so bored I could cheerfully pick lint out of the carpet just for something to do.

I miss my truck and my SNI family :biggrin_2553:

I thought I'd might throw this in there. I wish that Schneider would let us use wash bays at their facility. All I need is one of those soapy brushes and a power wash sprayer. That would do a good job.

I did notice though, on US41 in Carlisle, IN there's a Marathon truckstop (just south of the prison), and they have manual wash bays for tractors. I was in a hurry to get back to Gary so I didn't take the time to check them out more throughly, but they do have raised wooden walkways on both sides. It looked like they charged $2, although I may have saw that incorrectly. I would do that in a heartbeat, pay like $10 to have a decent manual wash bay to work in. There's no way in hell I'm paying $40 to wash their truck though.

It would have been last month but they wanted a 5 year lease on a 2013 truck I told the finance people I wanted a 1 year lease and told them what truck I wanted and I was told it wouldn't be ready until the 16th and somebody else had put a hold on the truck but I guess it didn't go thru so I guess that was part of the waiting as well
