Thanks bro will do. Just seems like a completely different set up folks I have been working with lately that just have to clue as to how to keep things rolling along. Send in a message and get some really stupid response that makes no sense to anything I ask or no response at all to something important. A lot of incompetence on the load planning/dispatcher end of things lately.

####, I am supposed to start back with Crete after many years away. I hope I'm not making a big mistake but I need employment really bad now.

It sounds like all the reasons I loved them before (e.g. Avg 800+ mile runs & multiple load choices) are long gone. But I'm sure the messed up economy is wreaking havoc on the whole industry too.

Yeah having the multi load option disappear on us really sucked. Finally got moving yesterday around noon with a p/u in our terminal in Lafayette, IN and heading to Minook, IL. Finally talked to a dispatcher that didn't seem to have a chip on his shoulder and hooked me up with another load right away which I am p/u now in Pacific, MO and taking to Middletown, OH. May try and knock it off tonight.

Wish you guys well on getting back on the road with Crete and for the most part I still think they do a decent job but the inefficiency/cohesiveness on the dispatching end of things can just drive you nuts sometimes.

I start training tomorrow (going through the physical, paperwork, drug test, etc) and just wanted to know how you like the company as a worker?

Well got the load dropped this morning and now awaiting to p/u another load out of here but unfortunately my appt. time isn't until 1800 unless there is a let up in the trucks coming in ahead of me. On a good note it is going to one of the few remaining states that I have not been to in South Dakota which leaves only N. Dakota, Montana and Alaska to visit.

Things rolling along much better now. Picked up a load out of the same place in Mitchell and taking it to San Jose, CA with a good delivery time. Going to be a beautiful drive through the Wyoming back roads tomorrow and a pretty sweet drive all the way there. Glad my daughter will get the chance to see some of the west.
