    No, you're wrong. You specifically state dielectric grease is conductive, it most certainly is not. Now man up, admit your mistake and let's move along.

    Anytime I'm having problems with my sevenway I just pull it out and soak it insider and everything's all better.

    I use a lot of the Trucklite stuff, found it about a year ago; prior to that, was using the Permatex brand of silicone grease. Neither has caused me any problems, but I have had many problems with wires and terminals that were not coated - corrosion, rust, oxidation, bad connections, etc.
