Seems to be the way of things? I understand if you are upset you will be quick to say stuff but surely it works the other way? Wouldn't you want to tell people what a graet place you work for? I guess I will just have to find out the hard way! It looks like I have my start next monday if I want it. I was hoping to get some more inside info just to be sure!
So far they have been VERY professional and that counts for a lot for me!
Melton is it GOOD place to start Flatbedding?

To verify my comment of they do not train as indepth as some of the other flatbed outfits , it is based on having hired drivers trained by various outfits over the years , not a disgruntled EX employee of MELTON or having never been in a truck let alone doing flatbed work. .
Dobermanspud Thanks this. -
Yup, I gotcha! I am not sure that I (A) Would meet the minimum requirements for some of the better outfits out there, (B) Would be in any of their hiring areas (I live near Denver CO.) I do get what you are saying about the limited training but it is a start for now. Unless you know of a better option for me?
