    Does your TPMS act up? Mine used to every day. It would beep and freak out on me saying my rear driver side drive tire was at 30psi. I pulled over on the side of the road, checked it, it was at 108. I had to change my settings in the system to get it to stop.

    Don't have one, 09 Premium. In the 11's, did they fix the late air horn response? Mine doesn't sound right away. Gotta hold it for a second.

    Yeah, in the '10 I drove my first week it was a late response. But this '13 is responsive. As soon as you hit the button it sounds. I just wish I had a real air horn.

    Oh that "ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" bull? That's not a horn, that's a rock giving birth to a steel rod.

    The hesitation and RPM jump you feel when you first start the truck up is due to due to the 02 sensor not being warmed up, DOC/DPF temps need to be above 230*F for the 02 sensor to start to heat the warming element, once it heats up it the ecm can then adjust the Air/fuel/egr mixture. There is new calibration releases out for the hesitation and EGR performance.
    The exhaust smell is most likely coming from the exhaust manifold slip joint seals leaking past the sealing rings. There is an exhaust bellow problem on the rear of the egr cooler that can cause an exhaust leak

    So many times I tried to give a blast of air horn with that silly button only to turn my Jake one, or flash my marker light... Now I'm in a Cascadia with a proper air horn; so much better, not only for reaching up and pulling (when kids would give the air horn arm signal, I would reach up and pretend to be pulling the cord while pushing the button...), but it actually sounds like a real air horn and not a Kia horn.

    As far as the Maxxforce, I've heard enough horror stories that I will not even consider it. My company dropped International because they will no longer spec a Cummins. We had a few test Maxxforce, needless to say they did not perform well. I like my new Cascadia so much better, I'm not sure I'd ever consider going back to a Prostar...

    Why I am turning down the offers to lease the newer ones. I like my 09 w/CAT, it pulls hills with an empty trailer way better then that wuss engine right there.

    The Maxforce is also why NAVISTAR stock is worth less than 1/2 of what it was a year ago, why the company has lost incredible market share, why the president of the company was replaced, why there are/were corporate raiders attempting a hostile takeover and merger with OSHKOSH, and of course why the company has announced they are going to re-engineer their engine to include SCR.Maybe your truck is just sad things worked out this way?
