That may have nothing to do with the truck.
But I agree that a good seat and mattress make a world of difference. A "Twin XL" mattress fits perfectly in most trucks.
Best truck for long haul

07-09 seem to have the most EGR problems. That's also when the DPF filters got stuffed into the trucks. The earlier models showing more issues than the later.
10-11 have the best reports from people and the 2012 and newer seem to be showing the emission demon dragon again.
04-07 had EGR's and that can be expensive.
03- older trucks didn't have the EGR.
The transition periods you can find exception toward both directions it seems.
Why I am looking at a truck for under $10K.

This is interesting but if you want to do cross country long haul but are not going to get a carb compliant truck will that hurt you from a business perspective?
-
Most O/O could care less about being carb compliant.

I resemble that remark, because I could care less if California falls off into the ocean. I haven't been there in 3 plus years and don't see myself going back anytime in the future.

They are building a wall around that place, rumor has it the governor sold it to China.last 1 Thanks this.
