No Idling Laws and Walmarts

i park at WM all the time and have never been bothered by any one saying something about it. I used to work for WM so i know where the stores are that don't mind trucks parking there, as long as you are out of the way,off to the side.

 

oh ok......

 

i am not against idling at all just concerned if it gets ALL of us thrown out of another good parking spot
wasting hours in los angelos because most of the recievers are over an hour away from the truck stops
might be a few more places near recievers if we were all careful of our actions

 

I think when i get home I am going to throw the portable gas generator onto the lowboy, bolt it down so the thing cannot be stolen and go to Aldies and get a small window A/C

My gas generator sounds like a reefer on steroids, all you whiners and supporters of the no idle just let me know where you are and I will give you a taste of the green movement.

 

Was parked in Bakersfield a year ago and it was 102. Had been sitting with engine running for about five minutes when I noticed a cop across the street with a stop watch in his hand. Shut off the engine and got out of the truck like I was going to work on the engine. Kept the engine open till he left and then started the engine again an turned on the air.
