    It doesn't really because your company handles that part of the business. What it will do is make entry into the broker business harder. It could reduce the number of fly by nighters that screw O/O's. It could also have the affect of reducing competition. What it will do is make the bond high enough that if a broker suddenly goes rogue and stops paying more drivers will still get there money before the bond runs out.
