I just checked. Runs over 300 mi are paid out at 28cpm then any load under 300 is paid at 34-44cpm depending on the length of the run.

If you go through TDA and want to lease you have 2 options. First is the traditional way you run as a company driver for 3mo then you can sign a lease on any truck.
    or
Fast track. With fast track you can sign the lease in 30-40 days (I think) but you have to have previous business or trucking experience and you can only lease an used truck

    Hope it helps.

I drive 55mph, the lease length is 35 months long. My truck payment is $619/wk all my expenses last week including fule and maintenance account came to $4091. I bought 646 gal of fuel and paid 2153 for it.
I had a student on the truck so my base pay was 84.5cpm and we drove 5123 miles that comes to abour $4300. My total fuel surcharge was $2153. All of my revenue including base pay, fuel surcharge, extra stop, and short haul pay came to $6864. I was also reimbursed for some expenses and the $280 was added in.
so here is how it broke down last week
    Total revenue. $6864
    Reimbursement $280
    Less
    Deductions $4091
    Net pay $3053
Note this was with a student on their 5th week on the truck, do not expect this as a solo driver or a team. On a team you must pay your co-driver out of this check. I take a 4cpm pay cut to have the student on the truck but do not have to pay him.

Oops fuel surcharge was $2040 not $2153. The total cost ot the fuel was $2153 before fsc

to those asking - you can lease 50 days after upgrade, 30 days if you get on the fast track. fast track requires prior business ownership, or driving experience. this is NOT lease to own, unless you call paying 60k to buy the truck a ballon payment.

If you've never owned a business leasing a truck is going to be a learning experience, and take it from a guy who's owned a business, learning lessons while operating a business costs more than college tuition. Don't lease before you know what you're doing, and you know what your DM is doing. As a lease op your DM can bankrupt you in a matter of weeks if you dont have substantial savings.

If you're thinking of leasing, tread carefully. many people have suggested tracking everything like you're an o/o, and I think thats a good idea. Don't trust what the lease salesmen say you would've made, do the math. They just sent me a message saying i drove 10600 miles in the past 30 days, and would've made $4300. I checked their facts and found i drove 9109 miles (yes, this includes dh miles), and would've made more like $2200 (admittedly im conservative in my calculations). Do your homework and don't listen to anyone who has something to gain when you sign on the line.

They pretty much summed it up! Sorry I had to drive to my next stop... I have been getting a lot of multistop loads for the last few months, they pay good but take up to much time in my opinion. That $930.00 a week was truck payment, insurance and all the little stuff on a NEW truck, not counting fuel. The used trucks are a little less. I'm fortunate enough to be on the old pay contract so my fsc pay is a lot more but I don't get deadhead mile fsc. This really has no baring on my check because my dh miles only make up 4% of my milage on an avg. I had a total of 13581 miles in the month of June and only a little over 500 miles deadhead. hope all this helps.

I wish I could get miles like that bonecollector. Things are getting better since my recent round of phone calls (when your DM gets a call from Cole Tomson that does tend to help) but im still not even in that league. This week will be 1545, plus layover because a shipper made me wait 28 hours for a load. its only 5 days though, because my pick up today doesn't deliver until Thursday night. If I was doing that kind of mileage I'd sign a lease in a heartbeat.
