newbie headed to Texas for school

I am a newbie here, just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am headed to Fort Worth, TX for training at the FFE Academy next week. I have been on trucks off and on my whole life. Drove for a while with an ex. So I know how to live otr. Not anything new to me. Just not looking forward to being in a truck with a stranger for 6 weeks..lol Anyway, hope to hear from some of ya'll who are or have been to the Academy. Have a great day

well i am on the bus headed to texas now. just passed thru exit 97. we are moving on. we are expected to be in dallas around 6 pm and layover for next bus to go to fort worth. have a great day everyone

 

yep first time here. and it is a beautiful place. but ur right i won't have time for anything but school. gonna enjoy my free day tomorrow, i took the bus today to get here early and i printed out the test my recruiter sent me and done it before i came. thankful she did that for me...lol
