I did a backhaul load for GTO2000. They paid me on time. Don't depend on one broker. I have a few I use occasionally, but I work the free market to get as high a price as I can even with them. So, I recently counted over 50 brokers for whom I've done at least one load. Try to post your truck and get them calling you as much as possible, and don't be afraid to give them big numbers. If the broker thinks your price is to high ask him what's the highest he can go. Don't get hooked too early in the day. Most brokers start worrying about covering their loads in the afternoon, so that's when you will get the better paying load within a market where trucks are scarce. Where trucks are cheap, get up early and snatch from the load board fast just to get yourself away from a weak market. Post yourself to go anywhere as you can't be sure where the big paying load will take you...

Williams Trans out of Westerville OH is giving a favour by posting this cheap load out of OH to TX appox 1500 loaded miles for $2000, today on this Friday.
Contract rate calls for $2600 and Spot market rate for today hovering around $2900. Is this a good or bad broker??

Booked a load with American Trans ( Lawrenceville GA) yesterday from Dayton OH area to Worcester MA. Apperantly some kind of behind the seen activity happened and he did not even bother calling to tell me that he has cancelled the load. It was for little below the market for MA $2200. Guy said his name was Jacob

Here is a load posted by Blue-Grace from Miamisburg OH to Bronx NY 651 loaded miles on a straight run if possible ( Usually ends up being 751 miles)
$1650. Contract rate shows $1627 and Spot market rate hovering around $2600.
It is a very good load if some one is desperate to go to NY. to see some lights and traffic

Why don't you post their number so we know not to call them.
-
I disagree with your claim with proof, that LS does not post cheap freight. Lori out of NC area says it pays $1.79 to CT and MA through GW bridge you make a call for good or bad!
-
Maybe you should re-read that. Lori doesn't work for me. OUR OFFICES don't have time to post cheap crap.KB3MMX Thanks this.

I have been ripped off by Allen Lund Company for approx $3000 on a load which was delivered promptly and respectfully, but it has been almost a year we can't get the money out of them for no obvious reason. We went to the US Bond , National C/O TIA Dave Carney we got an aswer like "get lost or go back to them and begg for the money they owe you. And yeh some how they managed to not come up with Fuel Advance either, which we had requested over the phone and via email as well. Court did not do anything either. What is the answer?

You really sound like a suck up type of guy. If they were all best why everyone else talks bad about them??
