I just got Walker Megaflows for my new glider for $114 each, free shipping, no tax, from Summit Racing.

before i converted mine from an acert to single turbo, the acert setup was quieter straight piped. i always mounted a donaldson straight through muffler on the fuel brakets with a 180 deg pipe on one end. it lines up perfect with the y pipe and exhaust pipe from turbo.
-
i got the PP exhaust set up for mine. my truck had two stock mufflers so u put the two PP straight flows on. i told the wife i could get out real easy and cheap by making it straight and forget the mufflers. she wouldnt go for it.

My 07 W9 Acert I removed the factory mufflers then installed a y pipe to straight pipe it, then installed a resonator behind the turbos. Amazing how quiet it is with the 2nd turbo acting as a muffler. This truck is quieter than my 379 6NZ with donaldson mufflers on it!!!

call the chrome depot in Ohio. they have mufflers that fit behind the heat shields on a W-900 areocab. They work great a little loud on the jake but mileage and performance is enormous over the PP pos. A little on the expensive side but well worth the money.....

Sorry to open this up, but would you happen to have any pictures of this setup? Sounds like what I want to do to mine. What were the dimensions of the resonator... ie length mainly?
-
Tomorrow is going to be a wrench day. If I remember, I'll crawl under and snap pics of the y pipe. The resonator will be easy to snap.
-
I am curious to see what resonator you used, I couldn't find anything that would work with a twin turbo. I put Aero Mufflers on under my heat sheilds, but am planning to put 6" pipes on this spring so those won't work anymore.
