I dont work for US Express but i was in a TA in lake station IN on thursday and I was getting a drink minding my buisness when a driver asked me who I drover for, we got to talking about who he worked for and he told me the 5 weeks of horror he has bin threw as a new driver with US Express. That driver went on to tell me that he was making .16 a mile and his coe driver was making .16 a mile and that they both had 5 weeks experience. first off they put two rookies or i should say greenhorns in the same truck to drive for them then on top of that they paid them .16 a mile. wtf are they thinking? We told him to call his wife and to get him the #### out of their, and that he needed to call around and talk to recruiters from other companies and maybe he could leave out from their.

I swear some companies will put a warm body in their truck just say theirs a driver in their, not caring if he or she can drive the #### thing

In a court of law this would be considered hearsay and would not be admissible as evidence. Just sayin'.

    A dictionary. Just sayin'

    hearsay |ˈhi(ə)rˌsā|
    noun
information received from other people that one cannot adequately substantiate; rumor : according to hearsay, Bob had managed to break his arm.
Law the report of another person's words by a witness, usually disallowed as evidence in a court of law : everything they had told him would have been ruled out as hearsay | [as adj. ] hearsay evidence.

You already said that. Besides, we aren't the ones complaining about a company we don't work for just because someone else complained about the company they work for.

So I'm sure they are getting .16 but all miles paid. Say what you want about USX, but they are not that cheap.
