    Hi All I'am going back on the road after 11years of retirement I want to know if you can still file for the meals you eat out when your on the road?

    yea u can file the tp u but to wipe ur rear end if you want just reciept everything i was also told u can do a straight deduction of i think 60 a day your on the road id call a tax place and they can tell u the exact details

    Per diem is something $fiftynine dollars a day every day your away from home less a certain percentage, which totals about $forty bucks a day. If you spend less than that it is better to do per diem. Most drivers make up a magical number
