    Do a search for a user who has since passed away.....SouthernPride.

    He was a helluva man, a wealth of information, and he helped other people on this site become successful owner operators.
    He couldn't spell good at all, but he darn sure wasn't a schmuck or dumb....but if you took an extra minute or two to read his posts he was good at this business.
    He would have given you the shirt of his back if you needed it...

    So if spelling is going to keep another poster from taking a guy serious...then it's their loss for having a closed mind.

    It wasn't that you were more descriptive or honest that I take exception to. Your posts have the tone that if people can't spell they must be stupid and are not to be taken seriously. Perhaps you don't mean it that way but they have that tone to me.....

    OK, I get that. But this is a non-emotional issue. And I'm sure the guy you were describing already had a cemented reputation. I don't think people who can't spell common words are stupid, and I am sure there are those who cannot spell that are better at trucking than I will ever be. But I also think those who can have a civic duty to keep this s@$t intact. Seriously, if I started a topic saying.........Werner sucks becase there polices are agenst the benefets of there drivers.......what the hell is your reaction going to be? I'm talking about COMMON WORDS. I'm not asking for a high-level spelling bee, dude.
