Nope>Unlike the United States of Hysteria Canada has never allowed slavery and therefore company paid training combined with indentured servitude is illegal.

if you are unemployed as I was, also in Niagara, you can go to Second Career on Thorold Stone across from G T. Be sure to use a school that is certified TTSAO. More doors will open

He said he doesn't qualify for second career. I assume he has not been out of school long enough to qualify. Been there!

If you want to come out west to work, there are well servicing companies that will train you to get your licence, but you will have to work a year with them or you end up paying back around $2500. Just a thought.

building on that, there are tons of smaller heavy construction companies in your area, you could try what i did depending on your skill set. start banging on doors looking for labors many companies will work with employes that are driven.
