Yeah, I got motivated and checked with them today. Seems they will not show you the contract for lease to own, until you have worked as a company driver for a few weeks (lots of warning sounds went off when he told me that).

There ad looks very convincing, but if it's sounds to good to be true, then it probably is (can't beat those old trueisms). Best to buy a truck and then lease on as an o/o

an agency driver told me he was an o/o for transx; don't know if it was lease to own or what; he said he had a lot of heavy paper loads going across the appalachians- and saw the performance of his rig steadily decline in a year as a result. had to learn how to wrench on his own to keep rolling and sourcing parts off ebay etc. He concluded by saying to me "Never again."

A good friend of mine's dad was an o/o there. Got fed up and left when they started to refuse to pay extra on tridem loads. Not to mention a ton of other stupid crap that got pulled there.

deal with them on a more or less daily basis nothing but headaches. went for an interview there ended up walking out on it after the guy spent 15 min on the phone with his divorce lawyer.

i saw their add yesterday "brand new 2012 pete, no money down, make up to 8,000/month" sounds like a pipe dream!

Our drivers make more than that and don't own a bloody bolt in the truck either.

I netted 8k last month driving a company truck hauling oil. I'm not a recruiter so I'm not going to lie and say that is a typical month. ;)

Way more hours than I want to work regularly, but the $$$ was very nice.
