Pilot in Columbia, SC 100 mi short of the 01. May take longer to get there though trailer tire is flat. Found it on post trip but was fine this am on pre trip. Tire inflation light never came on and don't hear any air so not sure if the tire inflation stuff is working either.

 

Des Moines IA, headed to Carthage MO, then back to the terminal in Springfield. Stopping off to see my wife and kids for a few on the way down there.

 

Stopped for the night at the J in Amarillo on the 40 xit 76

 

In the Pitt for the night. Gotta get my load swapped to another trailer tomorrow. Apparently the trailer Ive got has been sold. Thanks for informing me of that... Least Ill be getting a better trailer. Got a ton of old P series POSs sitting here waiting to go by by. Back to watching Scooby Doo. (Dont think its good when you start questioning the plot of a cartoon...)

 

I-20 rest area in LA. Gotta take a 10hr break...2hrs from the house. Boy this never would of happened a couple years ago.

 

Well have my load for tomorrow and headed into Springfield. Will be in on Tuesday.

Armadillo

Single screw FedEx ruptured a fuel tank on a gator. Flew past spewing fuel, gator stuck in the landing gear, and the Steel belting sparking on the road. Kept expecting to see it turn into a fireball.

Truck needed a wash anyway.
