Conway Truckload Drivers what is your 20?

Got out of laredo, sitting in the Flying VaJayJay in Waco. Pick up at 0400 tomorrow, about 300 miles to Robstown, then a pickup after that heading to Kentucky.

 

Picked up in Centralia, WA today headed to Fort Worth for 1500 on Wed.

 

2 is the max I do period in one trip to Laredo. Why start ur clock for $40.00 you can make so much more with a 70 restart.

 

Ice hot an oil leak at my oil filter. I go to a TA in north bend wa. I go in and they tell me he has no mechanics all are out on road calls. I had to sit for 4 hours for them to put on another oil filter. I'm now sitting at the border in Blaine, Wa. I'm 22 miles from customer. Thanks to the TA was not able to del early ran out of hours at border. After del. Going to KW to get A/C blower fixed and let them figure out where the oil leak is. Nite all be safe.

 

I'm regional with guaranteed miles, why sit around wasting time when I can make $40 an hour easily. Either way I never run out of hours and this is more money on top of my guarantee. It's doubly true when you consider you have to sit 48+ to pickup layover so that time you're sitting is time you could be picking up extra money all for less than a couple hours a day.

 

Finally got my truck fixed. Going to Joplin.

 

Your absolutely correct if I was regional I would all the cartage they wanted me to.

delivered in Quinnisec,MI early. thought it was early enough for my wife and I to get a thirty-four. Nope, sent out MT call and weekend said get rollin. We explained we were out of hours and could not deliver when they wanted it there. So...it got relayed. witch is cool by us. We got a room in Green Bay and were chilling getting accounting done. done ha ha ......working on accounting. i don't think it is ever finished.

Loading in kc ks to Waverly ne better get better miles soon... Last nite made a program on excel to do my fuel millage for me. It's nice not idling my truck at nite been around 70
