PRIME drivers...What's your 20?

T/A Greencastle, PA. Spending time on a 34 reset so I can get to my 90. Slow start last week cost me hours this week. Still not 100% sure why I only got back 2hr 30 min but not enough to get to the 90.

ORD ... You taking my home time loads. You were just in my backyard. I picked a bad week to go to Miami. Everyone else is getting all the New York loads. Oh well at least I got miles. Only wish I had the hours to run them.

We were in the repair bay at the TA in Tonopah, AZ Friday night and got hit by another truck pulling out of the bay next to us. Took the entire front end of the truck off. The guy stopped, then saw what he did and boogied. We were sleeping in the bunks and both of us almost got thrown out of the bunks. We were lucky that there were four witnesses. The sheriff's dept came out. TA gave him the name of his company and the drivers name (he used his loyalty card when he filled up) and they are going to charge him with hit and run.

 

spf terminal pulled n friday to 2do a reset and try to get air leak fixed apparently one of the air bags under my slpr had a leak and it was getting worse had to grab one from the parts room and headed down to the t/a for them to repair it

while i was waiting on decisions to be made my apu stopped working....alt code......my alternator decided no more i cant take it and quit so the decision was made to do a repower and i got n2 the shop around 2100 last night

got up this morning and it was my job to play local driver repowered a lumber load and took it to a place n spf came back dropped my empty and grab another load to drop locally last one was a drop/hook so that left me w/o a trlr so now my shift is done and waiting to repower a load coming bc there arent any empty flats here....tragic

 

Pine Bluff Arkansas waiting for chickens to freeze, then off to Utah. Anyone have an opinion on US65 from Little Rock to Springfield???????

 

Worst route I've ever taken. Kicked my fanny. I was pretty green back then, but I still have nightmares! I avoid it if at all possible.

 

West Creek NJ sitting at an airport.... Bout 500 yards from the runway, ish.

 

SFC waiting to get the APU fixed or a new truck lol. Looked at trucks today, had my pick of a Pete or a Freightliner. Told my FM I was keeping my old truck, not impressed with the great selection (2). LOL.

 

Newburgh NY, at the PEElot. 1 pallet load in the books.

Next one is NJ to SPRIMO... guess I'll be checkin' in at the yard.

Well... Think were stayin here tonight. Left the 01 yesterday, got to the 90 just after 0100 this morning. First time Ive dropped at an airport. Had to pull onto the runway to get unloaded, without hitting the vintage planes. Had to 8/2 split to get to my 01 for today. Long couple of days. O ya and had to stop in NJ to check on a truck thats not responding... Still dont know where that truck is. Kinda hard to see in the dark while going through a strange city with a loaded trailer. Did my best...
