SWIFT name change?

I don't think the sec will allow him since he admitted to comitting insider trading charges with the sec a few years ago. The reason he took company back private is the swift board of directors fired him according to jerry moyes himself in a article in the trucker.

 

Jerry Moyes may have paid a million $$ fine, but he never admitted to any wrong doing.

 

Well as u know once a crook always a crook!!!!!

 

This stuff has to be connected with CSA as well.

 

I was thinking about that thought myself a bit ago! But Swift is too large to have a combination of companies (umbrella situation becoming one or two) change the overall size. And they are still maintaining the "academies" so the rookie issue is still there...I am finding it hard to put the CSA issue into the stock and name change together.

 

Well eventually CSA will impact the "school" income. I just cant believe that anti-trust lawyers have never looked at that. Not just a Swift but other companies even.

 

I think you will find that the CSA will effect the schools income...will make the schools more expensive if the "old school" drivers get clobbered with points from the bad habits they refuse to change.
