I like pug, a spicy dry rub, smoke for 6 hours, serve with a good beer, grilled veggies and a baked spud. I hear if you leave them out in the sun at say 98c it cuts cooking time by 2 hours. A good fat pug will feed 4-5 people.

 

When do we eat???
