considering schneider. would like insight

im considering goin with schneider. i was doin my training with werner but dern near starved so i told them to the eff off. came home and drove in the oil fields for a while. thinkin about goin to schneider and do there training. is it worth the time. r they better than werner. how long after training do they get u a load comin back to the house. any answers would be greatly appreciated. be safe and keep the shiney side up
