I few months ago I was in the terminal and had to ride the shuttle.
There was a guy with all his stuff packed up in trash bags. He was heading to the bus station.
Well, we had to wait a while because the moron shuttle drivers decided to take lunch at the same time. This guy was pontificating left and right about problems with trucking industry and Prime.
Finally someone got around to asking the guy why he was heading home. He said, "Prime doesnt like me. My fleet manager, safety, everyone here."
He gave a number of issues he had with his fleet manager, and how much of an awesome driver he was. I asked him what was the final straw.
His response?
Wait for it...
"I rolled my second truck in 2 years."
I didnt care to hear why, where and what happend. Most people ignored him after that. Yeah, Prime didnt like you.

Yup....awesome driver he was. The classic "everybody's fault but my own" scenario.

Just read most of the BOO HOO poor me stories on here about any company. It is always the COMPANY , not the DUI's , drug charges , careless driving , violence , thefts , vehicle , freight damage , health issues by the driver or wanabee driver.

Wow. 2 rollovers in 2 years. I would say they gave him a few chances. There are a lot of crybabies out here. It's always the companies' fault with them. Hell, I work for a company that screws all the drivers all the time. We are constantly disrespected. No miles. They all lie to us too. That's what I hear anyway. There are a few threads on here about my company too. By all these accounts, I should hate it and should have left long ago. But for some reason, myself and quite a few others make good money, are treated well and only the usual minor complaints. Look at these threads. Maybe it's not the company. Maybe it's the driver......
