I'm going to do it for the money and to say..."I got my CDL A" doors are always open to me. I always hear of people looking for class a drivers but unable to find any. I'm going to take college classes and finish up a degree while I work as a truck driver. Local only... mi esposa es muy celosa lolz

The three "Rodney Dangerfield" occupations: Aviation;Insurance(mine); and throw in Attorney's! It appears from your post that the change in career has been positive. Technically I think you are at the end of the "baby-boom" I am in the middle we both have many years (Lord willing) to go. I am seriously considering the same change.
I live on the "left-coast" do you have any reccomendations for company's in or close to CA that have minimal "bottom feeder bs"? Thanks! -
i just like doing it lol!
Sam Hell Thanks this. -
My truck IS governed at 25 mph. In reverse gear. That's why every time I have to bump a dock I open my door and yell, "Look out! Lady driver backing up!"
Sam Hell Thanks this. -

#### funny stuff! And sorta real. I am retiring as a Naval Officer but want to continue my quest for "not just a job, but an adventure." When I read on TruckerReport I am reminded of all the sad sailors sailing the sevens seas. I was hoping to leave them behind.
The part I find amazing is how well these companies do, even during a downturn, yet their employees seem so tortured. Is it really that bad?Sam Hell Thanks this.
