Im on vacation.. a week off and a week of vaca.. I was out 9 times on my last rotation.. think I'll sleep in tomorrow.

Was out with calfrac crew that went on days off halfway thru frac today, worked a bunch with that crew oover last bit, not you by chance?

 

How long is your rotation? Sure glad you slackers are out working like the rest of us finally. lol

Here is a guy who gets to keep his house, mind you he owned one before getting his class one - kind of cheated I think!

You know, if you paid attention to the smog alerts and got a little more oxygen to your brain you'd probably have figured that out a few months ago...

 

Gentlemen,

I now have my class 1 and various oil field tickets. I will be ready to head for Alberta [or northern BC] in 2 weeks.

Based on your experience and the current state of employment in these 2 areas do you have any suggestions? I want to work long hours and preferably in a camp but I have an open mind about all options.

What kind of work do you want to do? If you want to be a member of a larger team, then this is a good time of year for it. The frac companies are picking up now and gearing up for winter. If you want to get out there and do something else, well frankly it all seems to be doing pretty good the last few weeks. What did you have in mind?
