    That terminal is listed in our driver hand book as not having fuel, maintenance and driver services. It is primarily a transflo rail loading facility. The tankwash listed is in Long Beach Ca so my guess is they run lots of intermodal cans in and out of the port. Like pilottravel2002 said call them. I doubt they would base an OTR driver there though.
