    They might be able to do the 2 weeks on/one off, but if you where doing something like that you would not be able to take the truck home, you would slip seat. Meaning everytime you go on hometime you would have to drop the truck at the yard and would get a different truck the next time you go out.

    Full time drivers that live more then 35 miles from a terminal are allowed to take the truck home with prior approval.

    Ok thanks for the info,the guy I talked to sayed you can't take the truck home. I think he was new or something, he did not know the answers to a lot of my questions. I don't want slip seat, so I'll go for full time. He also sayed no e logs is this correct?

    when i did my road test we used the elogs. in utah you have to be more than 50 miles away to take the truck home.

    Yes knight is all elogs its a love hate relationship lol no you can't take your truck home unless its more than 50 miles and you have an approved location for it ie you take pics send them to knight along with a letter approving the location to have a truck there then knight will make a decision if your o/o its your truck you butt for the ticket

    Well that's ok I live on 20 acres in the middle of no where in one of the lowest crime rate places in the U.S. I live aprox. 130 miles south west of Denver. So the ownley truth that guy told me is there is a service center in Denver lol.

    Setting in Ripon, CA. Only have 4 hours for tomorrow. Doing a Local in Stockton but then picking up in Bakersfield on Saturday AM going to Joplin, MO. :yes2557:

    100% can't remember his name hewas out of Denver. I also asked him about layover and detention pay he said he did not know

    Layover pay is $50 bucks every 24 hours IF you haven't turned down a load and aren't under a load.

    Detention pay is $12 an hour after the first 2 hours.

    Just wanted to pop in and say hi. Didn't realize you started a thread hehe. Looks like been you've been running decent. Are you on a western regional or are you just happening to run that? Sorry to hear you're having so many problems trying to get the wife in the truck.

    Just got home today for first of 7 days off and of course I get the flu. What crap.
