To the OP I am not here to bash, but ask simple questions...

When it comes to running loads for SWIFT are you making you deliveries on time?
Are you always complaining to your DM/FM?
Are you complaining about the loads when you do get them?
And what actions have you took to try and get more loads?

    Kit76 Thanks this.

At .25 cpm ,At every stop I'd open up the doors, back up REALLY FAST an slam on the brakes; " HERE'S YOUR STUFF!!! See ya"

i got to unload a load of wire reels like that for a customer once and it was awesome--the receiver just just "keep backing down the hill and slamming on the brakes till they are all unloaded".

should get to do that more often

Yes, I joined this board just to reply to this OP. But I do browse threads from time to time and I probably should've joined earlier.

I'm not here to defend Swift or anybody else, but something isn't jiving with the OP. I drive for the company with the slow white trucks, and the 25 cpm gets bumped up after 3 months. After 6 months, the minimum cpm for OTR solo drivers (West or East coast) is .30. As far as sitting around after every load goes, that happens in certain places at certain times. Poor planning may be part of the problem, but my guess is that the OP also shares some of the blame.

If the OP does sign on with Werner, it'd better be for a good, long while, because short stays at multiple jobs isn't a good thing in any industry.

To some degree this is true, but it doesn't apply when one is making the jump from OTR with one of the big rip-off carriers to a local gig that gets the driver home every night and pays a lot more. No hiring manager will hold frequent job hops against someone looking to get off the road work.
