    Its ok
what I'm saying is how would you feel
If you put over $112 grand into a truck
Just to have it taken away from you
and you were under a contract and he rips it up
And turns around and sells it the next day behind
Your back ... you would be pissed

Oh I'd be more then mad that's for sure. I guess first thing would be lesson learned and move on. You should only get burned once and now you'll be on guard. Then take my copy of the contract to a lawyer and see if I could sue him to get my money or something back. Keep in mind even though you guys had a contract that contract does not over rule the law. So if his contract violated some law even though maybe you violated contract it doesn't matter the LAW prevails as the rule so have that contract looked at. Good luck man hope things workout for you.

Just to give you an idea, in 2006 I had a rollover accident. The next year at the Walcott Jamboree they were the only one that didn't blink when I told them what happened. They were very eager to get me to lease one of their trucks. I'm sure they saw an immediate opportunity to have a driver that needed a job so bad he would be willing to do anything. Glad I got a dispatcher job instead after reading this. Back to trucking now, but local. If a company seems over eager to hire you, regardless of your record, HUGE red flag.

Let me put my two cents in on this bunch of bull. I am a proud Valley Transportation Inc. Driver and have been for some while now. I have many fellow drivers that are company and lease purchase that are my close friends and all I hear are good things about the company. I love this company and I can say its the best company I've ever worked for in 12 years of driving. And the owner Brad is a good guy and a great business man and knows how to run a company and make money unlike some cry baby driver who couldnt keep his left door shut long enough to make a dollar and now has to post some ######## on a web page. Anybody reading this guys post all I can say is don't believe him cause he is a liar. If you got stepdeck, RGN or heavy haul experience then this is a great place to call home end of story and thats the gods honest truth. And for anybody including the little boy who wrote this post who wants to talk anymore smack about the company I work for then feel free to look me up cause I will stand toe to toe any time and defend Brad and this company. My names MJ V. so remember that !

HI. My name is Aaron B Paul I also work at Valley Trans for the pass year, the first 32 weeks I was on a 5 axle setup then I was moved up to a 7 axle setup. I must say valley has treated me well! I was given a chance to do something that no other company was willing to do, put me in a multiaxle setup. For that I'm thankful. Don't let one mans bad exp. steer you wrong. This is a good job! As far as his story about the tattle tales go that's any where you go to work so live with it! thank you for you time! Brook Paul PS DON'T HIDE BEHIND A SCREEN NAME SIR

I don't know much about our lease purchase but I'm pretty sure that you're responsible for the repairs of the truck most lease purchase are that way.
