Movie and Game Downloaders -- Read This

    The latest scandal coming from the movie and gaming industry, paired with the FBI.

    I have no link....take it as you want.

    Frames (2 or 3 spread throughout the movie or game) are being doctored within the movies offered to the "pirates" on the web. These frames are of child pornography.

    Adding a new level of threat and charges if you're caught with these files.

    Interesting. But if it's to be transferred to a pirated copy, doesn't that mean it would need to be on the "original", purchased copy? Is MGM distributing porn?

    scare tactics. Imagine the international news explosion if it was found the US government were dealing in child pornography. I think this is what journalists have fantasies about.

    I can insert anything into any movie or a game. The pirated community "rarely" buys a copy for distribution, although some do get bought then shared. However, the "torrent" community has put up with the "industry" trolling their ranks for years, with fake videos, music, and games. Attempting to locate the downloaders.


    The information came from someone within the industry that I know personally. Not based on web gossip. I have no reason not to believe the source.

    As I stated, take it how you want.

    If they set a price, then allowed us to pay based on our personal experience when leaving the movie, or getting a full refund if we bought it and didn't like it. I'd be more willing to pay for the good ones.

    It would also force Hollyweird to actually make an enjoyable movie. Instead of the POS movies we see 8 out of 10 times.

    As those of you who have known me for years now know, I am fighting in Federal Court for those folks out there who have accidentally downloaded Child Porn. There are lots more of them then you realize. It is a subject which I hate as hurting a child is the worst thing you can do but the government has the ability to track all child porn images on the internet and has been doing so since 2005. I believe the government has a duty to remove it but then they would be out of a job. Avoid anything that has anything to do with anything illegal over the internet. No keystroke goes away.

    Don't download from untrusted sources. Besides if yet people you download from can't catch that.....also if Hollywood is behind this then they are distributing this and they are the original law breakers I doubt it would hold up in any legitimate court

    And remember folks downloading is not illegal, it's uploading. Sure torrents do both by default but just downloading is not illegal. So if Hollywood is doing this, they either are breaking a contract with anther company or they have authorized the upload.
