    Thanks for any feedback.

Does Con-Way have any foot gear requirements like slip and or oil resistance, or safety toed?

Recommendations for daily footwear while driving and delivering?

No flip flops or sandals. Closed shoes only. Tennis shoes for driving and carry a good pair of waterproof boots.

+1 As for the boots, I'd recommend a pair you can pull off and on vs. a lace up.

Something in a steel toe for some of our customers (yea I actually had a customer check recently not just ask). I wear Red Wings, they're oil resistant, safe tread on the bottom, easy to pull on and off.
