Why would you even post this without a full explanation? If you were truly offended, then tell us the WHOLE story, don't just try to slander some company because you were not hired. Like I said before something sounds fishy here.

They hired you because you do NOT have a record?

They hired someone who DID have a record?

Huh????

I think the legal system is stupid when it charges teenagers for rape. Unless there's signs of resistance and/or damage (bruising, etc.), you shouldn't be allowed to cry rape and, yes, I'm a female!! (The exception being the date rape drug, of course!!)

 

So what sort of sex offense do you have to commit to get hired? I might be up for it.

 

OP: Ya think it might be something called age discrimination? Our ages are not suspect! You at 64 and me at 56 with health issues. We are now called "bottom of the stackers" especially me with 32 years of experience and know bottom feeders and their habits and I don't need or will be indoctrinated by many of these companies and they know it! Thus making me "unemployable" by their standards. I don't knuckle under to some of these companies!

You have for "Trucking" in the profile box no answer. WHY? It's not like you're posting your SSN so add a little info for us to work with!

But still if the "sexual predator" got the job what was his age and his driving experience? His record? Does a record deny anyone the need to work or do you believe he should go on welfare so we can all support him till he dies or become more of a criminal and steal costing tax payers more in police costs until he's caught and then imprisoned and again living off of outr taxes? I'd rather they all work and support themselves!

And how do you know what his "sex offender" status is? Did you run his name? We all know that this company will not legally give you any information as it's the law!
As stated above are you more just posting to slander them or because you didn't get the job.

Do you know who got their application in first and who is more qualified to drive the equipment??
