Delivered my load in McPhearson,KS and had a preplan to pickup a trailer at the same place and tcall it in KC.The load is going to Addison,AL. for Wed morning 0700 787 miles.I told ACT that I would go ahead and just run this load,because I don't think I would get a much better one in KC on Mon morning(holiday).The routing has me cutting all the way across OK. on 2 lanes to get to I 40.I'm taking I 35 Straight down to OKC and catching 40 there.It's 45 miles longer,but with all the towns and slow down's,I figure I'll get there much faster than the company routing.Not to mention the fine condition OK keep's it's road's in.I don't feel like giving myself and my truck a severe beating today.
