    Thank you for showing that to me but where do i find that information if i want to compare other companies?

    Upon further reading of your post i figured it out :). Thank god i dont get those blond moments often.

    Ya you wont see those scores that high for very long lots of cracking down. Yes the company is responcible for maintenance but if the driver is to lazy to do a pretrip or keeps getting busted because the driver wont buckle his seat belt or keep his log up to date the company gets the points for it.

    For sure, thats one thing my tester almost yelled at me for. He said i am too thorough hahaha. I guess he was getting annoyed cause i was taking to long for him with me pre trip but it only took me 15 mins.

    Trust me, you can never be too thorough, and he was wrong. If anything, he should be showing you things to look for during that 15 mins, so he can relearn the job.

    I appreciate the compliment and i agree 100%. I wasn't too impressed with the testers i had to do my road test with. I wont assume to know their background or their knowledge, but the professionalism that is expected of us as drivers was not shown by these testers in their field.

    Yes very good treat you like an o/o. Friday I was preplanned all week. They have alot of exclusive freight pipe, coils drywall. Rates are fantastic. Any questions pm me.

    If home time isn't really a consideration, which company would you choose?

    I'm trying to decide. I like that the percentage pay increases for TMC are performance-based... at PGT it would take you ten years to get to 28% because it's based on years of service.
