The benefits here at JBS are the ever seen. The insurance is top notch and so is the 401K. Disregard the negative BS you read on this thread about JBS. I've been here for almost 2 years now and I love my job. My family is happy too. I have a couple of buddies that are running the Texas dedicated fleet and they love their job.

Curious...what did they put on your DAC?

i will give it to you on that the benefits were great, and for the most part your right the best ever seen especially in trucking. but i would argue with you about telling people to disregard the negative bs as you call it. how can it be bs if its true?
well for the folks that want to know jbs put up another fight on my unemployment claim. held it up for about a month. well as of 09/07/2012 i won my case again against them. yea for me and sucks to be jbs. but anyways. they have on my dac report as a unsatisfactory safety record, and that i was fired, and not eligible for rehire. the not eligible for rehire i can deal with after all its there ###### company and they can do as they wish on that. but to say i was fired and a bad work record, yea im fighting with hire right now to have it removed. its not my problem that there llittle medical director put me out of work, and yet the sleep lab doctor NEVER put me out of work. so you can say all the negative stuff on here is bs, but bs usually stands for stuff not being true. and all my posting on here from day 1 which i started with jbs 06/2011 and i posted alot of stuff on here about jbs. and i have never lied to anyone about anything on jbs. i would agree jbs has great benefits and great trucks, but that where it stops. after that it all goes down hill from there. just imagine for a moment if you didnt have a nice truck and great benefits what would you be saying then? its alot easier to put up with crap when the benefits are nice and you have a great truck. i dont know what truck you drive meaning a peterbilt or a kenworth. but when i was there i had a 2012 kenworth T700 truck number 13601 if you would like to know that much info. -
what he is saying is so true, hubby was there 8 months and the benefits are great miles were good from the start but when you have a lot of new hires EVERY WEEK the miles go down dont care where you are do the math.they did give hima greta DAC which surprised me and he is eligable for rehire but right now getting 2500 plus miles per week and home every 10 days. cant beat that. so every one can have their say but at the end of the day its the miles that count and just like tankerman always say IF THE WHEEL S AINT TURNING YOU AINT EARNING Good luck all and above all STAY SAFE
