To all new hires and/or students that are going to work for USA TRUCK:
This company pretty much ruined my driving career. They listed a tire blowout as an accident on my DAC, accused me for damaging a dockdoor, and this without proper investigation. My photo's can proof I didn't hit the dockdoor at all, but they were still so nice to add this on my dac report as a preventable accident.
I contacted HireRight, they filed a dispute case, but as stubborn USA is, they refuse to do anything.
Another thing you might want to think about: I quit USA because of them accusing me for this, and apparently they felt the urge to put on my DAC that I was fired.
I don't have any experience with other companies, but I'd say avoid this company by all means. I'm sure there are people who like this company, but that's also because they have 70 fleetmanagers. Some probably are good to work with, the one I had was kinda sorry and didn't care too much about his drivers.
The only good thing for me so far is that I've seen this beautiful country, been in every state and was actually able to get out of the truck and do something fun, but as far as being a driver, who sacrificed a lot for this company, they really need to learn how to appreciate their employees.
The fact that this company is not even creative enough to design their own logo should say enough.

That doesn't end your so-called career.
Go find another company, and carry on.
Good Luck. -
No other company is gonna hire me with all this stuff on my DAC
-
If you have proof that it wasn't your fault then they have to remove it. So it leads me to believe there may b more to the story.
Mr. PlumCrazy Thanks this. -
Not really, but I'll let you believe that....Im just here to warn new drivers. I have had enough bad experience with this company, as well as some of my friends and co-workers.
-
If what you are saying is true it wont be a problem getting it removed
-
If everything you are saying is accurate, take them to court.
Nothing like getting slapped with a lawsuit to grab their attention. -
I agree, if you think you are 100% in the right, get a lawyer to write them a letter, telling them to remove the false info.
-
Hold up!! A Bottom-feeder company falsifying a DAC report?! You don't say? Pay attention to what goes on closer and you wouldn't get screwed.
