How is the pay for that truckload position for ups they doing my background now need a little info????

 

It suck's to be you people to be stuck in the trucking scams and lies. say one thing do another. is how all trucking companies work. the grossly over paid lieing lazy office workers. anybody can answer the phone and punch a few buttons. there too afraid to work for a living. it might rquire them to feel human. op. you need to realize where you are posting. these trucking companies watch these boards. and employee people to keep these post from being used and trusted. in fact. trucking companies are in congress trying to shut down the forums and trucking websites. stating that it is the reason behind the driver shortage. or the fact that people aren't will to drive a truck for these trucking companies anymore. and more and more shipping and recieving companies are terminating contracts due poor driver health and wages. it's not hard to tell when some one is over worked or abused and very poorly paid. just had a driver like that deliver to where I work. we could tell instantly that the driver was treated like complete crap. just by how he acted and how was dressed and how old and dirty his clothes were. which lead to financial struggles. and yet that semi is brand new. so we got are pictures and talk to the driver. you kn ow all that good stuff. sent are findings into the home office for the company we work for. and told them that if the trucking company doesn't care enough to pay the driver well enough to ensure that the driver can take proper care of there selves. then we don't see a reason why that company should be transporting our high dollar product. this is were it's all going. companies that are using trucks for shipping product. are started to hire ex trucker to assist in saving money and cutting careless dead weight trucking companies from the payroll. due to poor driver quality. and by the way. trucking companies and there lieing ast dispatchers are the reason for the bad regulations. and the driver shortage. to the ones who watch the trucking forums for the trucking companies. you can only kick the dog for so long before it bites you. and by the way. I am an ex trucker with better then 10 years. of experience driving. and now my new job pays me more the any looser office worker of a trucking company will ever see.

Still waiting on a link to back this statement up. If I'm not mistaking, the same people up in Congress also want to reverse Roe v Wade, eliminate birth control, do away with the internet and set the national speed limit back to 55mph, just like in the 70's and 80's. Oh, and put Prohibition back into law. Keep us posted on the outcome, we all are sitting here with baited breath waiting to see when this will happen

I agree, if you can't handle trucking all you do is complain and take it out on others by being grumpy you should get out of trucking and flip hamburgers. Be glad you have a job!!!
