    DO NOT GO TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! they lie cheat and steal from drivers. I was told i was getting paid 100 dollars for orientation and they took it out of my check. when asked in orientation what their turn over rate is we were told 100%. they promise you dedicated but when you get in your truck they say they have nothing like that. They promise you a certain pay per mile then drop it down after your hired. Still waiting on a check been two weeks now. They take perdiem out of your check what the hell is that. so if you want to get screwed without a kiss go to work for these guys.

    In a word, no. The elogs don't shut the truck down. The driver has to do that. We're all free to violate on a daily basis. It just can't be hidden or lost in creative logging.

    Then it's up to the company to monitor the violations and take action. If they're complacent, then they violate, too. Not to mention making "corrections" that make violations disappear.

    Elogs aren't in themselves evil. But on the other hand they aren't the savior of compliance.

    So if thats the case, then they are just a waste of time & money...I still dont know how E-logs can make me a safer driver as testified to a congerssional subcommittee by the likes of the COEs of england ,knight. and various others...If I log it the way the law says to log it I run out of hours on the 5th day and must sit 34 or until the 8th day if running 70 in 8..... And if I log just as an E-log would HOW does it make me SAFER MR.knight ??? IT dont !!! these things are simply an harrasment & enforcement tool
