...and you know Giggles, these are simple things that we take for granted till we live in a truck...
Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
after 30t years spent on the Atlantic I knew teams wasnt what I wanted in my "twilight years"
when you dont cook on the boat for 3 days because pots wont stay on the stove in 20 foot seas
you get a lil tired makes a noisy TS look good
but nothing compares to the glorius days with the sun coming up over a calm sea a school of whales playing 100 yards away
just like the wonderful days trucking -
yep...so true...i fixed my post..i said we ran 7000+ mi a month....i meant a week..but i am sure you knew that...Rocks Thanks this.

..we left in july of 2009...it just got too slow. -
Hey Giggles.... someone else asked if the white truck is yours.... and said "it's so beautiful..." I guess you will "hear" this many times as long as you keep showing that picture...
It's indeed a GORGEOUS truck.
Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
...'cept them trucking whales 100 yards out in the morning aren't playing...they're waddling their way inside heading to the buffet for breakfast.
allniter Thanks this. -
I use to stay in a motel 5-6 days a week running LTL (in a daycab)
The only nice thing about it was, I had so many reward points at various hotel chains, that when I went on vacation with the family, we never had to pay for a room.Giggles the Original Thanks this. -
Navigator put down her foot. We have Snuggles, or divorce papers. Don't forget to love your Wife.
