scheduled for orietation on Sep. 24. recruiter told me some of the newer trucks have APU's, and that the co. trucks are 2011,12,13 cascadias or pro stars. Its hard to beleive that the Cascadias dont have Wabasso bunk heaters? They also told me they have a pretty liberal idle policy. any info regarding Tango over the road co. driver will be appreciated

I was told by a friend tango treats new drivers with extreme care for a few months till they think they have them hooked. For example they will give the new b's great miles for a few months then slowly drop there miles till they cant afford to leave.Oh and if you have a husband/wife at home who works and there company offers them insurance. Dont think your going to put them on tangos insurance because they have a policy if your spouses job offers them insurance then you cant put them on tango insurance. What a bunch of crap,This is what I call greedy.

KE5WDP This is what they advertise but you can see the truth. Ole lost he always on here trying to change everything I say but don't listen to him. I can prove what I say if he doesn't believe me he can call tango and ask. He is either an insider or he is one of the knee benders. What can I say?

Like I said I have a Friend, been Friends for years went to school together.I am posting this for him because he works for tango and he tells me all the crap they do to him. Unlike you I trust my fellow truck drivers. My friend is a great person and would never lie about anything. He doesn't know about me posting this because hes just that good of a person but I cant just sit back and let this go unnoticed. Why are you so down on other drivers?

I've worked for them. They're just a big a POS company as most are.

Their time off claims are bogus. They'll do whatever it takes to trap a driver out on the road.

Witnessed first hand how they'll give a driver a dedicated route, if he threatens to leave. Then take it away from him (2-3 weeks later), once they feel they've caused the driver to miss another job offer.
