Make Wide Turns

I'm not sure what this has to do with Truck Driving or anything else to be honest with you, If a company pays $.36 CPM With w Recruiter involved the driver makes less, Just like a FLEASE Deal, It isn't for the drivers, the drivers are the product.... I don't like recruiters! They send out 15 guys for one job and the best BS'ER gets it because that is what the company is looking for, They are not concerned with the drivers out come, he doesn't pay for their services. Just my honest opinion, May not be right but that is what I see through my eyes.

 

that's life man, everything is a sale. You need to sell yourself to the job, and the job should be selling itself to you. It's not always the best BSer that gets the job. Sometimes you find a place where stuff just clicks, that's the kind of place you want to be at. You'll still have the little BS that irritates you, but you need to learn to let it go.

Just out of curiosity why would you expect a third party recruiter to care if you got a job. They aren't paid by you, they have nothing invested in you. They are paid to generate results, so the applicants you can get to a company the better. If they want people to keep using their service they'll be honest. If the trick everyone into going to company X sooner or later it will catch up with them and they'll be out of business. The only bright side for them is they're really good at BS so they'll steal that job that you're trying to get.
