EBI Trucking is based out of Woodward, OK. We are a small company with 3 trucks pulling reefer (possibly a flatbed if a driver wants to pull one) trailers. Pay is based on a % of load pay, starting out pay should be in the neighborhood of .35 - .45 a mile or monthly pay around $3500 - $5000 a month, just depends on driver. I like to give a raise after 30 days if a driver works out, 1st raise is usually about $200 - $250 a month. Possibly a bigger raise based on experience & driving history. We pretty much do all 48 states but somewhat regional also, just depends on driver preferences. Would love someone in this area but will consider drivers from everywhere. After it goes back on the road, I will be purchasing truck #4 so other drivers will be needed.
