I have worked for them for several years now and never had a problem with them. Yes you do have to supply your own rigg and no they dont have any equipment of their own. since I have leased into them they have done every thing they said they would do. There are wieners out their who like to complain because they were used to doing another way. Incentive Transport hires only true road warriors. If you want to be home every week end this is not the company for you. They have treated me with dignity and respect from the beginning. I highly recommend them if you dont mind actually having to drive for a living.

What I have noticed in the transportation business is that there are drivers and there are complainers. Unfortunately the complainers are heard more than the real drivers because nothing goes right for the complainers. People in Dispatch and logistic have a real problem with complainers and that is why they get the less than perfect loads that do not pay as much. Complainers have a way of weeding them selves out. Usually but not always its the complainers that jump from company to company. In my 14 years of driving I have only worked for 3 different companies. All good companies and they all treated me right. WHY or HOW you say. Because I was not a complainer I am a doer,
